I'd like to add to this that this just happened to me last night as well. Same person, he pretends to be selling a Steaming Madame Dixie to lure people in. Then takes whatever unusuals he gets, trades them to another account, and blocks the people who are waiting on him.

Super devious, really lousy behavior. I'd file a report as well, but I was too foolish to keep a chat log. I really hope this goes through, his steam rep being clean is what fooled me.

What would the other account be? I got scammed by the same guy and he moved the unusual to another account by the name of Festive Market.
