Main Account Using Alt Accounts to Imporsonate and Scam

Hey, I have found this person. He scammed me off my unusual Hustler's Hallmark with Cloud Nine effect! This is the main account as my friend found the item history and asked who the person who had it bought it off. Here is a link to his acoount.

The way he scammed me is not by my stupidy, but using a friend. He would make up something about needing to trust me. Then he made me trade my unusual to my friend to make sure he could trust me and then added him and took advantage of my friend by impersonating me to pretend I was getting my unusual back. He also stole my friends white bills hat.
