Note: Accounts above no longer used by myself and the last 3 have been sold to friends for idling purposes

I am not an Admin but it does appear you have given the correct format.

However, just in case you haven't looked around a lot, the time frame for an appeal to be seriously looked at is very lengthy. Besides the fact that the admins are super busy with other appeals before yours, they also have to deal with literally dozens of new scammer reports. Just be patient.

I have not had a formal reply from an SteamRep Moderator or Administrator for many months, will this be responded too? I am loosing my patience.
  9. You have to have more patience. Your appeal can get accepted/rejected/invalid for months later due to a huge backlog of appeals are in SteamRep. Also, did you refunded the victim back? (Even he is a scammer now, you have to) If you did can you please post your trading history? Thanks!

First of all, thank you Kan for replying. You're doing a great job, doing an admin's job. ''Patience'', it has been close or over a year now since I posted this appeal, I believe my patience has been tested enough. On the returning of the scammed item, It appears Steamrep promotes not to trade with marked scammer's and so forth. Therefore I won’t be returning the item (Which is no longer in my possession) but you have it in my best word that I had apologized to the victim on an earlier date. Personally, I do not feel comfortable adding or completing a transaction with a fellow marked scammer, as this is quite hypocritical on Steamrep's behalf. If you are going to offer a service to the steam community, at least have a sense of customer service and efficiency to your members, including those trying to resurrect their reputation in the trading community, correctly or wrongly convicted. If this victim was not marked as a scammer, I would happily oblige to returning some form of item or currency to his/her as a repercussion of my past actions.

whether he/she is a scammer(just like you) the way of telling you really regret is making it up again. even if that item is long gone. as i see it, it looks like a bad excuse to get out of it free. if you want forgivness you have to make up for what you stole. and as i understand is that you pay back with proof then make an appeal.

good luck on your case and hope you stay out of scammings way. :)

    sorry for being harsh.

Like i said earlier, I would return some form of item or currenecy to make up for this lose, but however who wants to add a user who previousally scammed them, or is now a scammer in my case. Indeed I have tryed to contact and return this item at a earlier date but this user is unable to cooperate so what little choice do I have?

Thanks for restating this whole appeals reason.

After a review of the report/taking into account the appeal, I am unable to consider this appeal.
