I was banned back in Sep 14, 2012.

I haven't been reported for any scams since, however i thought it wise to create an appeal as can't use many websites such as http://csgolounge.com/ due to my offence.
I know longer even play the game in which i was reported on (Team Fortress 2) and find that i should be removed from my bad reputation as I've had to deal with being unable to use many features in trading for almost 2 years.

Hopefully you feel the same way and allow me to be forgiven for my offence.

It was unnecessary as it was a failed attempt to scam a user, however I have apologised.

I had his account in which I gave him it back about 2 years ago, this is why he hasn't reported it, So yes.

I don't understand since this has nothing to do with the user who reported me, he never reported me for all we know he could just be stranger who i have never talked to in my life.

I re-funded what items i took from him and gave him his account back via contacting him and informing him his password in which i changed.
So it is unnecessary to get him involved in this.

Yes, sorry. I do want to cooperate. But I'm just unsure what your asking, I answered your question I said that the user who I stole his inventory was repaid fully.

I don't see myself as a threat to other years since I stopped 2 years ago. Just wanted to see if I can clear the wrong-doings of the past and continue with good behaviour in the steam community.

Well, i don't understand in which person your asking about. If your on about the person who the steam report is about, Was fully re-paid the stolen items a few days after the report to published. The person in the comments who i "stole his inventory" has no evidence but his word. So I'd like to still talk about who the report is regarding. Not strangers who comment supporting the claim who are completely irrelevant to the report.

The user named "i like trains" who published the report was re-paid all the stolen items 2 years ago, this is why having this report on my account is completely unnecessary as this incident happened ( 2 years, 1 month and 17 days ago) and i have not scammed since then shows that i am not a threat to other users when trading.
