I know them from csgolounge, he offer me 140 euro for my knife, I send him knife and he blocked me on steam so I cant go into chat archive. It was my first trade and now I know that it was my fault.​

Guys he did the same to me. he said he will send me 95€ and then he blocked me. he has my knife still in his inventory.

@Jose Arcadio Morales Can you please add screenshots of your inventory trade history and PayPal history in full and uncropped with the URL bars included.
I don't think you can pass a report without the chat agreement though, as it is considered vital evidence. Up to the staff to review, good luck.
