What happened? Description:

So basically, I wanted to trade for some skins he had. He rejected my offers wanting me to offer him better. He always counter offered me with an empty trade with my knife. Most of the item, I was able to decline, but I made a mistake and I accepted the offer. I immediately proceed to add him and he ignore me. I sent him trade offers and he ignored me. He then responded with a trade offer regarding how he appreciate my donation. I never agreed to donating my knife and again I tried to contact him again. The scam happened at May 17,2015. Even though its primarily my fault, this user should get a banned.​

Provide Evidence:

We never had a real conversation it was a series of trade offers.​

Also side note: He didn't block me but is avoiding me. It also appears he is ignoring my trade offers as he often plays CSGO and returns to online mode.

How is this a pending scam report? I never tried scamming you? It's not like I said you would get money on paypal or something, I sent you an offer and you accepted.

x:would u like to trade unusual courier for ur sven rare
y:what rare?
x:this rare sword
y:rely okay trade
notey has unusual courier and x has same item i.e the sword as y has so x offfers a trade in wchich he puts his rare and puts unusual courier from ys invent and offers)
y thinks tht he is getting it and accepts the trade but in reality x got the courier and y got the sword

in this case same thing may have happend and the victim got trolled actualy mayb the accused should just return his knife and the issue can be sorted gl

Also, the report is marked as "need more info" but I don't have any more evidence. Shouldn't it be changed to pending or something?

Extra Note: Accused is now place on trade probation.

The accused person was not deserving of that trade probation... You accepted the trade acknowledging the items, He did not trick you by any sort of means, it is also your fault for not having email verification on.
