What happened? Description:

He added me through steamgifts.com because he seen I was looking for Elite Dangerous. I noticed that I he had a high rep on both steam and steamgifts.com, so I went first with the trade. As soon as I sent him the money through paypal, he went offline and did not send me the game. I have reported him on both steam and steamgifts. I also filed a claim with paypal to get my money back.​

Provide Evidence:

I uploaded pictures of the money I sent and then the file I claimed with paypal.​

I think you should remove the neg feedback on his profile and put it on the correct profil: http://www.steamgifts.com/user/FrogHermit/feedback

And FrogHermit says clearly on his profile his name is "Nolan".
