After reviewing this, there appears to be no intent to scam anyone that we can see.

Same name, done slightly different is not enough to warrant impersonation. Especially without also imitating a profile picture, any profile information, linking to the other user's profile/SR profile, or any reference to being said other person in any fashion other than having the name.

Even at this point if the name was meant to imitate Glubbable, it would appear to be a troll at most and no intent to scam.

Keep in mind, even though I am declining this report, any kind of action from the accused party that would refer to intent to scam will result in a Tag. As well as any other action that would be deemed as fraud within the SR policies.

Now for the accused, I understand your free to use any name you want, but to prevent future incidence I would hope that you find a name that is not used by any other administrators. You are a unique snowflake and your name should reflect that.
