    Victim Repayment: No, I committed no fraud or had no direct victims

    Appeal description:
    I wasn't aware of Steamrep at the time, but i didn't scam regardless as his items were apparently "returned". As this issue has been almost 3 years with no new offences/reports found guilty, i find it responsible to apply for the removal of the tag.​
