What happened? Description:

I tried to buy The Witcher 3 + Expanssion Pass. Made a post on steamtrades. Meddem02 wrote me that he have the game and is willing to trade it for 20 chroma 2 keys. I bought the keys and since he had +40rep on ST i went first ( he said that HE have the game). I got Kingdom Rush key and wrote to him about it, then it turned out he was middleman in this transaction and he wanted to buy the game from someone he met IRL (that was another lie). He propably made few trades with that guy before (not so significant or high value) but im sure he didn't met him IRL. The guy - as meddem02 wrote took the keys, gave him Kingdom Rush key, blocked him and removed. I gave meddem02 the time to give me back my keys or the money till friday (20.5.2016) and he agreed. He didnt give me back my keys and it looks like he doesnt care because he aked somebody what would happen if he wont give me back my keys (he wrote about it on reddit) that he lost my keys without thinking.​

Just want to mention some things "victim" didn't mention. I was not trying to be middleman, I was just going to use this trade to profit because the guy who was selling was asking for 19 keys. So there was no middleman bullshit. Also, all this would not happen if victim waited few more hours because I was sleeping. I got $44 (4 was supposed to be gift for waiting) on paypal to return him that night but he was not online, so I waited next day to return what's lost but I woke up finding he removed me from friends and spammed everywhere I am scammer.
I don't know if this will be important for final verdict, but I only want to say that none of this would happen only if he waited few hours for me to wake up

I never made any excuses. I told everything like it was. Also, why would I return money to him when:
1)He is very rude and arogant
2)I have now report here (on steamrep)
3)Bad reputation on steamgifts
4)I am probably going to get trade banned if he submited ticket to Steam support
5)I've been removed from few big trading groups because of him?

I'd rather take steamrep ban than talking with him again.

And I would like to mention one thing that didn't occured to me at the time - I gave you 20 chroma 2 keys, you said you bought the game for 19 keys , yet I checked your inventory right after the "trade" and didn't saw that one key! (unfortunately didn't take the screenshot). Also you had time to give me back the key or money. You had opportunities to ask for more time but you didn't. When I got back from work (21.05.2016) you were online, I asked for the keys and you... went offline. I am rude and arrogant? I wonder how would you act if someone would lost your hard earned cash and doesnt give a f. I wasn't the one that caused all this - you were!

Hello, I will give the accused 3 days to give back the disputed stuff. After such time if the issue hasn't been settled down, I'll come up with a decision on this report.

Like I mentioned above, I won't return him anything because of his actions. You can come up with the decision now. He is the one who lost the most, not me, I can always create new Steam account.

Also I forgot o mention: I didn't go offline when he asked for keys, I went offline hour before that, but Steam app only sets your status to AWAY not OFFLINE.

So whats the decision here? You wait for more reports from the guys who lost their stuff?
