Evidence Provided Report: 76561198107801743 - ([TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items)

    What happened? Description:
    Long time friend and game/key buyer Jar Jar Binky asked on May 14th, for 8 keys promising he would either Paypal on first Monday 18 USD or return the keys back to me, considering he was for a long time on my friend list and did multiple trades with me, I trusted his word and traded him 8 TF2 keys.

    On Monday, the day he promised to either return or Paypal for the keys, he didn't reply, instead sent a trade offer with a skin http://i.imgur.com/7iVuljK.png or http://i.imgur.com/kKDXEcI.png during a time I was offline and the item then went unavailable.

    The day after I tried to contact him, he pretended to be his friend playing on his computer/account and didn't chat with me until today: http://i.imgur.com/eP6GvVu.png

    Today he finally responded to my offline messages saying that he doesn't care and that I don't have enough proof to post a report, and additionally a Steamrep ban wouldn't do anything to his trading/betting;

    Moving report to review - the notes of someone saying they are an alt of another user has to be investigated and proved not just taking anothers word for it..that has been done and used to frame someone else.
