    What happened? Description:
    Tried to scam me my usp-s orion minimal wear. Failed to scam me however I want to warn people in the Steam Trading Community that he will try to scam you if you don't take your time and look at the trade. Watch out for him.​

    I'm afraid without the chat agreement/discussion or something of a broken agreement we can't continue with this report.
    Decline the offer and add them and inquire as to what they are wanting because this shows nothing of a scam at this point.

    Invalidating on these grounds.
