    What happened? Description:
    I recently built a gaming pc, and decided to sell tf2 items for games. The trade beforehand I was given these games: GTA V, Two copies of Payday 2: GOTY, Half life 2: ep 1, Insurgency, Teddy Floppy Ear-Mountain Adventure, and Operation Flashpoint: Red River. I then continued to trade the games besides GTA V in exchange for Fallout 4. (Link to the trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28091632#latest ) Ghost was the first person to respond on my trade, and added me. He claimed that he would gift me fallout 4 in exchange for my games because he had a 30 day wait. I accepted, and he claimed he needed to refill his steam wallet. It has been four days since, and still no fallout 4. He then continued to block me after repeatedly asking him why I haven't been gifted the game I paid for yet.
