He added me to buy my Unusual Hermes, then offered to bribe me after I caught him.

This guy tried to do the same thing to me. I already got him reported and marked.

I think what the admins do is that they just tag on another charge to the scammer's profile when you look him/her up in steamrep. Can't exactly say for certain though. You'd have to wait for an admin to come on to see what they'll do.
