It's been quite a long time since the one and only scam I decided to pull when I was a kid. Now, I feel like another person. I feel like a grown man. It's been a few years and I still kept using Steam and now I understand that what I did in the past was extremely stupid - I even feel ashamed of myself. I think I deserve a second chance and I promise that if given, I would never make you regret your decision. I'm nearly 18 now and my whole mind's been reset.​

I know, but the victim is offline from steam for 224 days-... I made this appeal saying I will repay the user, but I need help contacting him.

Yeah, but as I mentioned I was a kid who didn't care about anything and now when I think of what I did - I find my actions very stupid and want to appeal and apologize for what I did. I'm even willing to repay the guy if I can.
