(me and this guy talk on skype like friends).
This account CristiB is a fresh account because he moved unusuals on that account.
When akimbo slice scammed trade was banned for 30 days i think and after 30 days he moved unusuals on this account

He transfer his items in my account(hijaked) he sell the unusuals and after he use steam support to recover items and resell them.
If you look at the history of items you will see transfer like This Victim>Akimbo Slice>CristiB>BrBa>(recover items)>CristiB.
His friend told me now he scam on Dota 2 items.
I know its hard to trust me because i already apeal and i still sell/buy some games/items and i explain people why im tagged scammer.Some understand some don't.

You were already convicted of being involved in the hijacking of CristiB; not to mention you have several other offenses for scamming.
You also present no evidence to back up your accusations - You can't expect us to just believe you and take action.
Lastly, your scammer tag appeal was rejected and it was decided that you were lying (by Starburst).

If you happen to conjure up a good deal of valid proof to support these accusations, make another report.
