He convicted me to trade with a false steamrep admin, then suddently disconnect. He was with http://steamcommunity.com/id/WestVillage/ and convicted me he was an SR admin.​

Did he add you or you added him? Just note that cAre will NEVER add you, and he must have thousands of impersonators, I'm pretty sure you've reported the wrong person...
