    Description:
On Saturday October 13 the Steam user named Duplicating (76561198056989597) asked if he could purchase some keys from me at the price of $1.25. Because he did not have any sourceop.rep, we agreed that I would only sell him a maximum of 15 keys. He paid for the first 10 keys in advance through Paypal as "gift" with a "no chargeback note" at 16:36:26 PDT. I traded him 10 keys at approximately 16:37 PDT (date is on the screenshot). He then decided to buy 5 more keys. Again, he paid first, at 16:39:41 PDT, and I immediately traded him the 5 keys (again, shows on screenshot #1). Today (October 14) I was notified by Paypal that this buyer is disputing both charges. I have been trying to contact the buyer for clarification, and to tell him I'll refund his money if he returns the 15 keys (perhaps he was using his parent's account?). He has not accepted my friend request. If he does, I will update here. As for now, I'm filing this as a 'chargeback' scammer report.

    I can add to this.

The PayPal e-mail used in all the transactions: [email protected]

    Description:
On Sunday, October 14, the Steam user in question asked to purchase keys from me. Since his PayPal was verified, I allowed him to buy keys. He said he was uneasy about trading it all, we did it in 5 separate transactions with each payment sent as a PayPal gift. I have added the buyer to try to resolve the matter and will refund the funds should he return all the keys that were traded. My friend request has not been accepted.

    bump.

Today Paypal decided in favor of the scammer, and his money was returned to him. He continues to refuse my friend request, and the keys are still in his backpack. Can we get him marked as a paypal scammer?

I just got an e-mail from PayPal as well stating they sided with him. The user has ignored all of my friend requests thus far also.

Sorry to hear this low-life scum swindled you guys!

Please be very cautious who you deal with via Payapal, it does NOT matter how they send funds or if they write "no chargeback" since "virtual items" are not afforded the same protections as other items (read Virtual Item FAQ + Paypal Policy statements). Chargebacks will win 90%++ of the time, irrespective, so be forewarned.
