    Victim profile: 76561198194989691

    What happened? Description:
    After adding me to buy keys, I sold him around 259 keys which he paid for by Paypal, he later charge backed all of those as "unauthorized transactions" even though it was sent by friends and family. He said that it was not him who initiated the charge back and that his account was limited. He added a friend of mine on steam at that moment and asked to buy 100 more keys (which means that his steam account is not limited at all). I phoned Paypal and confirmed that it was the user that iniiated the charge back. He is now stalling and saying that he will "fix it" in 2 days. I'm going to submit a report ahead of time because he's now acting suspicious.​

    The paypal screen shots need to be completely full screen and unedited/uncropped.

    Also Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History for last few days to present (NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload.
