Description: I encountered the user through one of my other friends (Who pointed out the selling username) They requested $40 for a copy of CS:GO which i would have happily paid for, After sending the payment (With apropriate description) they vanished, I checked there profile and was unable to add, presenting that they blocked me. I filed a dispute with paypal and am expecting a refund in the next 10 days.
