Found him through outpost and saw him selling earbuds for 33$, Decided to add him and trade, unfortunately my debit didn't go through properly and had a waiting period, I asked him numerous time to cancel it in which he did not, After not cancelling the transaction he then went offline, He assumes that in around 5 days he is going to get payed 33$ and he will be home free but I do not have enough money in my bank account currently to pay off this debt, I was willing to go to credit card but shortly after I checked his bp and realized he did not have buds for sale at all.

Hello, could you provide a screenshot of your trade history throughout the whole day showing that you did not receive buds?

Hello, as streetrat said, can you provide your paypal history showing you pay'd and your trading history showing you didn't get the item?

You reported him cause you sent him 0 money?and he scammed you cause you didnt gave him money and he didnt gave you earbuds?im confused
