Added me in Steam and offered his whole inventory for a compendium, I refused and he went on and on for hours how he wants this compendium. Later he got more stuff and offered that I get to keep the battle bonus and he'll give me a badger too if I agree, at first I refused, but then after hours of begging I accepted with the terms that he gives his whole inventory to me first, and then I give him the compendium, after which he gives me the battle bonus and the badger. After he got the compendium he blocked me and removed me from his friends list.

Update: it looks like the good guys at Valve trade banned him. Kudos to them, make sure this guy scams nobody anymore.
