I Sadly dont have an screen shots.

He was buying my unusual for money off paypal.
I stupidly gave it to him.
Thanksfully it was not an expensive one.

You need some form of evidence to submit a report.
You could show your trade history, open your Steam Inventory, and click on Trade History, then scroll down to the part where you traded your Unusual (It will appear as - Unusual whatever it was) and take a screenshot of that.
You may also wish to provide Paypal evidence that you received no money.

I was just about to list a new thread but this is the same guy who attempted to scam me.

Hope he doesn't get anyone else.

Same user was making an attempt to scam me. No proof because I looked and his profile was 1 day old and I refused... refreshed outpost and he was banned.

So I decided to take this a little further. I get what's going on now. I suspect the account is the alt of MANY MANY ACCOUNTS. YES. I may just have found a huge NETWORK of scammers. This is horrendous. All traders involved are Georgian

Most of the fake reppers have already been tagged as scammers.

All fake rep, given in one day. How do I know? Check out the misspelling of 'fair' as 'fear' on all the corresponding profiles. Likewise with misspelling of 'recommended' as 'recomended'

As for the others, I can almost definitely say they are linked in some way. The comments are exchanged within a certain group.

Kevex and Du az Gorgasal )D I can definitely draw the link, as seen here. The new account was made, and a comment was immediately posted on kevex's page. Impossible, as the account is still f2p, and would not have sold Kevex an unusual

Anyways, here was the scam attempt made on me. Refused to go first, and refused to use trusted middleman.

I suggest a thorough research to uncover this huge gang. I'm more than happy to help if an admin has no idea what I'm on about (quite long winded and I'm exhausted typing this up xD)

Point I'm trying to make is, we need to find this group of Georgian scammers. Could be the 1 same guy for all we know.
