This person contacted me regarding my open trade on TF2 Outpost -> http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14276277

In the conversation that followed, I informed him my asking price is 20 Keys (having previously bought it for 17 Keys), he states Bills are now 6-7 Keys, so we agreed on 14 USD for the Unique Bill's Hat (paint: Balaclavas Are Forever) I was selling. The trade succeeded, and the other party went silent without even removing or blocking me. Simultaneously as I'm writing this, Hotmail is malfunctioning and won't load, leading me to suspect a hacker. I have yet to receive the agreed-upon funds on PayPal.

Completely forgot that the first time, and additionally missed writing the scammer's SteamID and name into the title, but I do believe my evidence is adequate to get a conviction.
