I got banned but we still stayed friends and all was good and I kept the scammer tag because I wasn't really into trading, but now I sometimes want to use some websites and I can't because of the tag. I think enough time has passed and I think my tag should be removed if possible. I am a different person than I was back then, I hope you understand.
Though you did not followup, we went ahead and concluded the appeal, After an extensive dig into this case and with the assistance of another admin (sky), I am converting this tag from SR to SOP due to the only semi-official report being hosted on SOP (posted by deigo) and the likelihood of the original incident originating on SOP (although against site rules, both accused/victim were members and accused had a minecraft sales thread up 10 days prior to the report being made) As for the case itself, I do find the reporters story credible but the evidence circumstantial at best (other then your admission). Since you did not followup or show you repaid, I am leaving this as a caution for now. You may only appeal the caution if you can show you repaid the user already and wait at least an additional 6 months after that time.
