There is valid proof to this account being banned, however, I was sold this account to use as my alternate without knowledge of the Steam Rep ban. In the proof of ban on my profile, the ban was filed under the name ForceOfPain. I have his current account: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198089786342

I understand if this ban does not pass through, I do not plan to be buying or selling hats on this account. It was a pleasant surprise when I visited Scrap.tf to find out that I was banned. It doesn't surprise me, as he is always making shady trades and admitted to scamming someone last night (1/4/2014).

You may check my backpack, I have no items since he traded them to himself, sold them, or deleted them. I am interested in buying a rocket jumper and market gardener, and maybe a madame dixie for pyro, so trade logs including items should include this. I have chat logs with ForceOfPain's new account where he gives the SteamGuard code to my main account, however I would like to keep this private for obvious reasons.

As much of a friend to me as he is, it is unacceptable to me to recieve such a rating when he gave me "such a good price" for this account. If you can't un-ban me, at least ban his new account. He offers shady trades and obvious scams constantly within a small community.
