Description: While playing on 66.151.244.63:27015 I got a random trade from peyton he put up a Bill's and said to offer. I asked what he was looking for and he replied saying hats and misc. After adding some items he agreed to the trade. As soon as I clicked ready he would remove the Bill's and click ready again. This happened two or three times during which I called him out multiple times. I unsuccessfully tried taking a few screen shots. I know this is not enough info to get him marked but if there comes a point when more evidence surfaces I'd like to include my report. Only screenshot I have is of some other random reporting on his profile http://imgur.com/iPBQg I added The Seer of Shadows to see if he was able to get a screen capture.

Unfortunately, without proper screenshot evidence, this report is all hearsay. There is not enough to go on leading the admins to believe that a scam took place.
