Just going to add, I had the displeasure of being added by him. He offered above my buyout on my Hearts Shako so I was straight away put off by him then he insists on paying by Paypal even though he had no substantial rep. I also believe the rep on his friends-only profile has been doctored. I'll just include the screenshot of the chat I had with him regarding that.
