Also, looking at the item history, the next owner after me is this guy

whose profile is private, and had the same name as the accused (MaLaK4, as you can see from the above-mentioned name history).

I don't think it's a coincidence. Since the item went through both accounts' inventories, as shown from my trade history, and the item history, and the accounts used to have the same name, I believe MaLaK4 (formerly S P A R T A N O) is the alt account of /id/kissmeimspanish , both owned by the same person, the one that scammed me.

Okay then i will give @MaLaK4 one week to provide his evidence, else I'll review the report with current evidence.

The classic excuse. Let's pretend that's true. If you were hacked, and only recently you regained access to your account, I suppose you went through a 2 year long process of getting your account back. Obviously, you didn't recover it on your own.
I'd like for you to present your conversations with Steam Support, over the course of 2 (two) years, regarding the recovery of your
account.

Also it is one in a million for you to have the exact same name, spelled exactly identical, with the same capitalization, and the same 4 in place of the 'a' with another person that is not you. There's no doubt that /id/kissmeimspanish is your alt account, there's also plenty of proof that you used that account to profit from my scammed item.

Just give it a week, When he doesnt upload any evidence he will be banned from SR and marked as a scammer.

I'm trying to prove the ties between Malak4 and /id/kissmeimspanish , so he can get banned on his main account, too.

@MaLaK4 as I said; give a screenshot of your trading history regarding the month of the event and your Paypal history of that month.
