This guy tried to phish me, I do remember this guy as an honest trader so I think his account may have been hijacked

Are you sure this was the individual that attempted to phish? There are impersonators running around changing names to random people in an attempt to ascertain account info. Please verify that this individual was the one that did that.

yeah it was him, i enabled url from setting so i could find his steamrep id when i went onto his profile when clicking on his name, although i can't provide anymore proof than that
