What happened? Description:

This person added me, saying he had seen my unusual Barnstormer over the market. Asked if I was interested in payment through Paypal (which I do not have), through the Steam Wallet or through credit card. After asking about the steam wallet, he said he could transfer funds through a cellphone. I declined as I knew that transfer through steam wallet is currently not possible. He insisted that it was possible, and pasted a block of text.​

Got that link by myself (here it is http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/26/864973123678264241/ ), seems pretty legit, but the guy has to know your Steam login, that's not good and one of the sides will have to go first, no middlemen here, that's not pretty good as well.

I don't think that could be considered "proof", to be honest.

I don't know what to say about this guy. Technically, he could give you your money, if you traded him your unusual, the reason about 15% commission seems legit too, but he might, yeah, just might scam you and didn't pay after you went first.

I'm eager to hear what SteamRep admins will say.

The fact that he stole the other guy's unusuals makes it obvious enough that he's a scammer. :/

If he wasn't, he'd pay Calibre.

I trust he didn't "stole" anything there since that guy declined his offer and reported him.

I'm Russian, i can confirm that's legit.

but anyway, I can not guarantee all of you that this type of payment will be safe and will not be used for scam against you, because this method is used only to supplement your own steam wallet and not someone else's replenishment for tf2 items trading!
