What happened? Description:

I have sold buds in the past and keys to toasty and everything went fine. So i asked him 6/16/14 that if he buys inventories and he said yes. I assumed that having the trust of him from the first time we traded that everything would go well but after giving him the items he says that Paypal is giving him errors and to send him a trade offer with my items back (so i do) Then after he starts saying hes not feeling well and he will accept it tomorrow even thought it would take like 5 seconds. So i wait until the next day and hes playing games showing that nothing is wrong with him and after asking him for to accept the request he makes excuses that steam is being weird and more like being DDoSed and then he says he accepted it followed by going offline. Further checking and he never did accept it.​

Proof 3- The trade offer that was told by Toasty for me to send (not accepted by him as said he would that day in Proof 2

I need the original chat agreement that shows him agreeing to pay you Paypal monies for your items.

Is there away to view older chats? Because the agreement in a few messages above in the chat of proof 1
