I received a Ban for trading with a known scammer twice in a 6 month period.
I do not check for scammers before I trade. I have always relied on Steam to take care of Accounts that have issues.

I was not offered a first offense as labeled in your definitions.

I do like trading on tf2 outpost so going forward I will check steamrep for trades a bud plus.
I was helpful to Thomas who was originally investigating and providing him all the photos he requested and all the info needed for the known scammers.

My account has been active since 2003. I have an abundance of positive Rep on my profile.

IM NOT DENYING i MADE THESE TRADES. I just never checked who I am trading with because since I have begun trading it has not been an issue. I have been trading since the feature was enabled in STEAM.
