I wanted to trade three tf2 keys for Humble Indie Bundle 5 BTA. He said he would send me links. I was first, I gave him the keys plus a game. And then got disconnected.
I trusted him because his steam profile has good reviews.
When I gave him the keys, was disconnected and blocked me, and put his profile private. Now his profile is public again.
In steamtrades.com has a negative feedback.

I guess it's smart, probably, like many, has worked for some deals correctly, but is cheating with some fools, like me.

Hi, this is the real emotionengine. I have an impersonator, and it seems he scammed this user and maybe also this user: http://steamcommunity.com/id/empanothing/

My Steam account is over 8 years old and has over 450 games on it, my profile is never set to private. Please confirm that you are dealing with me and not an impersonator.

This is the first time I've had to deal with this kind of thing so please let me know what I else I can do to protect my reputation.

UPDATE REPORT:
Apparently, the scammer uses more than one steam account. Now, in my history appears as "sneeky".

You are smart. You are the scammer emotionengine. Using more than one steam ID to avoid damaging your reputation.
I have enough evidence to prove that you stole me . People like you give me grief. Scamming people and so you think you're a smart kid. Congratulations. You should consider visiting a psychologist.

I know you are upset that you were scammed and I would feel the same if it happened to me. But as your trade records show, the user you traded with is a known scammer and has used many different aliases. He impersonated me (as he probably did many others). Do you have a single piece of evidence that links the scammer to me?

I could have also just deleted your comments and made my profile friends-only (or at least the comments), which is what a scammer would do. I gave you all the information you asked for and posted on the other victim's profile as well to inform him. I also made a SteamTrades thread: http://www.steamtrades.com/forum/vJXeI/ to warn other users. Why would I do all this and bring more attention to myself if I were the scammer?

Hello, I would like to vouch for the (real) emotionengine right now. My friend was almost scammed by the impersonator last night. For the exact same deal. This emotionengine is the real/non-scammer emotionengine. If you look at the imposter's steam rep you can tell that he has been caught scamming before.

Why would I do that if I it were my alt account?

Compare with the screenshot from a few days ago in my previous post to see that this only happened recently and after I filed a report against him.

At this point, I think the evidence speaks for itself.
