I sold the scammer 2 sets of keys. He used 2 different paypal accounts to pay for them, claiming the second to be his friend's. The second order of keys has been charged back.

When using PayPal methods, please refer to using middlemen: http://steamrep.com/group.php?id=2 . Also, I would avoid buying keys from people, they can just chargeback instantly like you have witnessed.

When buying keys, just add funds to your Steam Wallet, it's easier and there's no Scamming involved!
