He posted that he sells keys, he had a few left and i wanted to take them all. I added him, paid him, then he blocked me both in dota2lounge http://dota2lounge.com/trade?t=4917613 and in steam.
I'm providing 3 screenshots, 2 of our chat and 1 of my recent inventory history that i haven't received anything from him

Alright a little update, a little over 1 hour later this guy adds me again and:

So yes, he gave me back the keys... 1 hour and 10 min later....I believe a scammer tag is a bit too much right now since he came clean (barely), but at least add a warning or whatever to his rep, since it's fishy and so may not even try to do this again. He doesn't even know what steamrep and dota2traders is and is unfamiliar with the communities. The community users have to be aware of what they're dealing with.

He perhaps saw this SR report and got scared, that alone might teach him the error of his ways. Personally I always prefer to see someone retrieve their items above anything else, a tag is cold comfort when your crap has been stolen and your trust violated. Glad you got your stuff back.

SR will of course decide what they will do in due course.
