What happened?
Last night, Geel9 used a script or a program, whatever to craft the #1 tuxxy. This absolutely goes against the Valve terms of service.

I personally see this as worthy of deserving the same punishment as duping... A full scammer tag. He cheated to get an unfair advantage in this community, just as people cheated to duplicate items.

He is trying to give away the #1 tuxxy to avoid the community hating him, and avoid possible scammer tag/valve bans, etc. The fact is... He cheated to get the item and deserves a mark (in my opinion)

He even admitted it. I am just in such disgust with this person I don't even have words to say in this report.
