This Player had offered 10 keys for my white bills hat but when it came to the trade he quickly switched out one of the keys with an uncraftable masters yellow belt painted gold. I have the pic of the chat and the trade with him stating and probably thinking that this was the trade we agreed on but it indeed was not as we agreed on 10 keys not 9 keys and a uncraftable hat.

Do you happen to have a screenshot of the quickswitch itself?

Oh sorry this is a duplicate report i couldn't figure out how to remove it so i moved it to the quickswitch section and it was accepted but the switch itself was so fast that i couldn't see that i didn't have 10 keys until i checked through about a minute later.
If it helps though he did remove me from friends list and block me completely.

Enough time has been given and the user failed to give the requested information.

As such, I'll reject this report.
