I understand the rule is to prevent scammers from profiting off their scams. But the rule says KNOWINGLY trading with scammers if you review the evidence and the facts pertaining to this tag, this tag absolutely does not fall under this rule and I would like it wiped.

All the information needed to review the case was previously provided to SR before the tag was given.

This appeal has been granted. Considering you report many a scammer, it was expected that you have a nose for telling when someone is a scammer, hence the CAUTION tag was implemented. However, we do not intend for tags to be punishments, and it does not appear that you are a broker for scammers. The tag has been removed with a warning to be much more careful in the future. Good luck with your trading.
