Story:
First of all, yes I know he is already marked, though I decided to report him because the link to the ban thread doesn't work.
So, easy story actually. I am looking to buy CoD MW2 (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9977688). He added me directly and agreed instantly to my price of 7 keys. It was supicious to me so I decided to background check and he was marked as a scammer. I kept chatting with him to see if he really was trying to scamm. Then he started lying about his untradeable gift and wanted me to go first. I declined and told him about his private profile. Then he turned it into public expected his backpack for steam gifts. Then he started trying to destract me by calling me mean. He acted like I was wasting his time. Then he unfriended me and turned his profile back to private.
If you follow the link to his screenshots you can find numerous pictures of him sharking people.
