Description:
i have a clean dropped level 42 blighted beak on outpost that i was looking for offers on so this guy fog eheh comments on it saying he has a good offer he wants t show me in trade so he adds me i accept and then he offers me money on my unusual hamat headcase with bubbling effect. the rest is in the screenshot. i looked on steamrep and this guy has been reported before, i hope i gave enough evidence to get these guy perma banned, and maybe ip banned. he also has a purple energy milkman in his backback and about 3 other random items, so im guessing he scammed the milkman too from some poor soul. thanks in advance!

but they were way to obvious, i reported fog, but currently all the admins have on him is that he made his backpack private (an he was banned, but not perma banned on outpost), i dont think they technically scammed anyone yet although they tried....theyre just really bad at it XD

I also reported fog for attempted scam. He was obviously trying to scam me.

this guy has so many reports against him, idk why admins arnt jumping on this guy
