Preface:
I am making this report on behalf of someone who is relatively new to trading (only 2 reps in his SOP thread). I had just sold him 30 keys and soon afterwards he brought to my attention what he suspected as a scam and I walked him through the process of getting all the information saved and just had him send it to me since I've made a couple of reports.

Description:
I saw the person's thread on the Source Op forum. I added him,, then began to chat about the what he was selling. i had sent the money through via paypal, and waited 30 minutes for him to continuesly tell me that the he had not received the funds. Then he started telling me that the payment came through but then "disappeared" . After a while, he started telling me i retracted the payment and that i am a scammer. The outcome is, he blocked contact with me and i have not received my money back.
