so i got banned from JAG for running from spycrab,but i gave the winner back his items. my inventory history does not show anything for some reason and JAG recently got disbanded or whatever so i cant make a an appeal there the winner can prove it and some of the admins may or may not tell the same thing that i gave his items back like backseatsman should know, ty for listening out

It's extremely odd that the trade didn't appear on the trade history. Perhaps you have a Steam profile link to the person who you were spycrabbing with? You really shouldn't have ran and just given them back because you were caught. It won't help you much unfortunately.

You did a appeal on SteamRep while your tag is not handled here, or have other tags on your account that are not handled by SteamRep.
We have the rule that other tag(s) must be handled before a SteamRep tag can be appealed.
