this was resolved, he was entering the key with a missing letter, i sent him the correct key at first and i dont know what happened, he asked me to resend, i shorted it with a letter. he kept accusing me of scamming, so i grew irritated. a friend noticed he was short one letter and i helped him resolve it. i worked very hard with this guy for hours, scammers dont do that. this is an insult. and i want it removed.
