Rejected 76561198023670213 Qlaxx (SR Caution)

Hello Steamrep,

I want to appeal my SR Caution tag, because it's a hard time to trade with a SR Caution tag.

First i want to link my appeal and the report.

About the appeal, i did apologize to the guy and tried to give him his item back but he didn't want it back.
The reason might be because it was 1 ref. About the report, for 2 years ago i bought tf2 and i played it and it was fun. Then i came into trading i was new to it and i didn't knew all about Steam rep and rep etc. I only knew about trading around with items. Unfortunately the week i started trading, there was a trade, where i was trading a guy about a key and i was giving him some metal for it. back then keys weren't as expensive as today. I was gonna give him 2.55 ref i guess for the key, we were both chatting in the trade so that we weren't completely focused on the items we were trading. After we traded we found out that i was 1 ref short.
Then here is the stupid thing i did, i didn't trade him the 1 ref he missed. Because i was thinking back then that it was just 1 ref w/e, then i deleted him from my friend list. Now he added me from his alt and he told me he was gonna report me. Then i was thinking report me where and what?. I then removed him because i thought he was just threatening me, i few days after it happened i was banned from TF2op then it was linking to Steamrep thread about a report. And i was in shock because i didn't knew what to do about it. Then i found out that i could make a appeal and i apologized the guy and asked him if he wanted the item back he then accepted my apology but he didn't want the item back. A year later my appeal got checked by a admin, and i stopped trading there because i was banned in TF2op and it was really hard to trade back then when there was servers you were banned from because of Steamrep. Then the admin added me to discuss about the situation but i left trading back then because the amount of waiting you needed for a appeal. He then wrote "Appellant has not responded to my invite.
Has been offline for the past 7 days.

However, with the evidence in private notes and the circumstance of the original scam I am willing to give the appellant the benefit of the doubt. Victim has been apologised to and restoration has been offered regardless of acceptance of the items. Downgrade to SR CAUTION, can be downgraded at a later date if appellant contacts an SR admin, pending no private profile, further reports etc."
I read his message after a month he wrote it, i tried to contact a admin but no chance to talk to a SR Admin. I wanted to go back to trading but it was really hard because of the tag, i then lost hope and left trading again. Now i've come back and i want to make this appeal hoping for my SR Caution tag will be gone. I haven't tried or done anything like that and i will never do it in the future either, it was a huge mistake and costed me alot. It was a hard lesson and i understand it.

I hope someone looks at this appeal hopefully understands me and thanks.

This was my account it doesn't belong to me anymore, it belongs to one of my friends.
i don't think he uses it anymore but it's been inactive for half year, i just tried to login into the account it still have the same password that i gave him.
