short description:
found him on Reddit claiming to have Paypal, because I don't have paypal, and needed some to buy me Runes of Magic ingame Gold on MMOGA.com , I wrote him and offered to give him 15€ (€ not $) Steam Wallet for 15€ (again €) Paypal, I linked him what i wanted and told him that I, because I am german, only now the price in €.
He then accepted and said I had to go first because of my missing flair on Reddit.
I agreed, gifted him the game, and he took the game, redeemed it, and ran off, blocking me on Steam.
I let him time for 2 days considering things and sent 2 of my Reddit mates to contact him.
He said he'd contact me today in the morning, but as he didn't, I didn't want to hope anymore and will now report him.

Hello, can you provide a screenshot of your paypal history showing you didn't receive the money?

Also your gift history showing you gave the game

like i said, i shouldn't have received paypal, i don't have paypal, he should have directly bought me the gold on MMOGA.com
