Hello! I was banned for an incident of quick-switch that I would like to appeal. In the multiple years I've been trading on TF2 (786 trades made at the time of this post) I have only once done this and it was due to circumstances that I don't think were accurately portrayed in the initial report thread that can be found here:

The time of incident was about six months ago. One evening I was playing inebriated on a death run server that is part of the Saxton Hell community (a community that I am a frequent player on). The person who sent me the trade is someone who is also part of this community and we haven't seen eye-to-eye in our time played together. Due to peer pressure on Skype and Steam messenger, I made a poor judgement call and attempted the quick-switch. I would like to formally apologize to the victim (Dorthy if you're reading this, I didn't think you would actually take it this far man, I'm sorry).

I very much enjoy the trading community on TF2 and I can promise this will never happen again. Please reconsider my ban.

I spent some time on the forums and noticed that some of these appeals aren't receiving responses until nearly half of a year later. I realize you guys are understaffed, but wow . . . I feel like I'm being severely punished for silliness that occurred on that server that night. The trade didn't even occur--even if it did, I would have fixed it because it's part of my regular community and I would have been blacklisted. After 786 trades, this is how my career as a trader ends? I make a single mistake against someone who doesn't like me and I'm suddenly banned from every credible trading website? I've conducted nearly 100 trades since that incident, you guys can see the feedback for yourselves on my steam profile. This is all very upsetting.

One mistake and my reputation is literally destroyed; I realize that this is serious but before you ruin careers, at least take a look at the circumstances . . . Also, if you need help, I volunteer to help out around here to show that I'm not actually a bad guy. I've moderated many forums in the past and owned multiple servers across multiple games. I can provide a resume (IRL and internet) if needed.

Edit to the above post: "The trade didn't even occur" should read "The trade never went through". I missed the 2-minute edit time, but I think that's a crucial clarification.

Hello, this is a friendly bump. After 7 months of serving my time, I have had quite a lot of time to think about the terrible decision I made against Dorthy. I have been banned from many servers that I used to play on and I can't trade on any websites I used to use.

Please reconsider my ban. I will never do something like that again.

It has been exactly two years since my initial ban. I have only ever conducted fair trades during this time. I invite the moderators to check the reputation posts on my profile as they are mostly (I think all) positive. Please reconsider my Steamrep ban; I would like to continue trading fairly with the many great communities who use Steamrep. Otherwise, I will see you fine people again next year . . . :\

Hello SteamRep and happy anniversary!

It has been three years to the day since I was banned. During this time, I have not conducted any steam related trading activity.

For our third anniversary I would like to share some wonderful cake with you and everyone else (my fiancé made some vanilla cupcakes to celebrate). I've also prepared a list of crimes which have a 3-year minimum jail sentence, since I've essentially been in trade-jail during this time and it's fitting to see some real-world example crimes:

• Kidnapping in the 2nd degree
• Assault of elderly, blind, disabled, pregnant, or mentally ✿✿✿✿✿✿ed person in the 2nd degree with a firearm
• Sale of drugs to minor near school, public housing project, or day care center
• Using person under 18 to sell drugs
• Carjacking
