    I am making this appeal for him because his english is not great. He traded me an uncraftable hat a while back documented in this thread: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198029263187-Совятина-пьяный.4783/

    He added me today saying that he felt terrible about it and he returned my metal. As far as I can can tell this was an isolated incident, he seems to have relatively good rep otherwise. I guess you would add to talk about it unless you speak russian, his english is pretty bad.
