Description:

He was buying NBA 2K13 for some TF2 keys on SteamTrades and I added him. I saw his rep and at that moment he had more Rep than me, so I went first giving the game key (my fault, his rep is fake, just rep from his friends). When he got the key, he said me that he finally didnt want it, but he didnt activate it and inmediately he logged out and blocked me on Steam. The key was activated by him, of course.
