    Description:
    Well, I am not a victim of this person, but I think this video shows that this user IS a scammer and should be marked as one, so nobody will fall for his junk. Apparently he is (poorly) pretending to be an admin and lying, an most importantly... he didn't even comment or object to the overkill of hats or anything the recorder offered! Have a look. I apologize if this is a waste of time, as this is my first report here ever, but I just want to help. Thanks!
